1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by DALLA L.L.C-FZ, trading as ORRO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ORRO. ORRO offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Withdrawal, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. A breach or violation of these Terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

3. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, product listing, or service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the website, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY

We make every effort to display our products and technical information as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or specifications are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: ORRO solar viewers are intended ONLY for direct solar observation when used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions. Improper use may result in serious eye injury, including permanent vision damage. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ORRO solar viewers MUST NOT be used with cameras, telescopes, binoculars, or any other optical devices without appropriate certified solar filtration designed for that specific device.

5. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) and shipping charges are shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error materially affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance.

A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you or otherwise expressly accept your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorisation issues, or suspected resale/bulk purchasing inconsistent with consumer terms.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

30-DAY RULE: Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.
RISK: Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.
DELAYS: Delivery may be affected by events outside our control (weather, customs, carrier backlogs). For details, see our Shipping Policy.

8. UK / EU CANCELLATION RIGHTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you generally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

SOLAR VIEWER INSPECTION: Returned goods may be inspected only as they would be in a physical retail setting. Folding, creasing, or damaging the frame or filters of safety-critical solar viewers materially reduces the item’s resale value. Where permitted by law, refunds may be reduced accordingly—up to the full purchase price—where the returned item has no remaining resale value.
SHIPPING COSTS: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for non-faulty items.

9. BUSINESS, TRADE, AND WHOLESALE ORDERS

These Terms are intended for consumer purchases. Business, trade, wholesale, and bulk transactions are subject to separate terms, shipping arrangements, and return conditions. Please contact wholesale@orroglasses.com for enquiries.

10. CHATBOT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

For the quickest resolution of order issues, we recommend using our website chatbot first, then our online withdrawal form, and then contacting support@orroglasses.com. Use of our chatbot may involve automated routing and standardised assistance flows. Use of these digital support flows does not limit any of your mandatory legal rights.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including text, logos, product names, designs, and imagery—is owned by or licensed to ORRO. You may not reproduce, modify, or exploit any site content without our prior written consent.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the site to: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe on intellectual property; (c) transmit malicious code; or (d) scrape or extract data from the site without permission. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating these restrictions.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORRO, DALLA L.L.C-FZ, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, cyber incidents, or governmental action.

15. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ORRO regarding the Service.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
