Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! No matter where you sit on the path of totality for the upcoming 2026 solar eclipse, we'll get your order to you on time.
How long does shipping take?
We ship directly from Europe! We aim to have orders with us arrive as soon as possible, on average, orders take 2-5 days to arrive, but the timeframe will vairy depending on where you're located. Please review estimated shipping at checkout. We recommend ordering early to ensure you have your solar eclipse glasses before the solar eclipse.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do! At checkout, you'll see available express shipping options based on your location. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days. During higher-demand (I.e. the months leading up to the eclipse) processing times may be slightly longer.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with an accompanying tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we specialise in bulk and wholesale shipments for schools, organisations, and retailers. Please contact us for more details or to request a quote.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For bulk orders, we can also arrange payment via invoice, please contact us to arrange this.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate any order changes, although given the volume of orders this can't be guaranteed. Please reach out with your order number as soon as possible to ensure any requests can be actioned in good time. Once an order is processed or shipped, we're unable to make any changes.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for educators, retailers, tour operators, and large event organisers. Visit our Wholesale Orders page or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I customize eclipse glasses with my logo or branding?
Currently, we aren't offering customised designs for our eclipse glasses. Our focus remains on producing high-quality EN ISO 12312-2:2015 tested solar eclipse glasses that are safe, affordable, and ready to ship.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something's not right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the safety-related nature of eclipse glasses, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, we'll gladly refund or replace any defective or incorrect items.

Are your eclipse glasses safe for viewing the 2026 solar eclipse?
Yes. Our glasses are EN ISO-12312-2:2015 Tested, meeting the international standard for safe solar viewing. Our glasses block 100% of harmful UV and Infrared rays, and 99.9% of visible light, the remaining 0.1% ensures you can see the eclipse safely.
Are your glasses EN ISO 12312-2:2015 Tested?
All of our glasses are EN ISO 12312-2:2015 Tested. So you can experience the eclipse safely.
What’s the difference between eclipse glasses and regular sunglasses?
Sunglasses, no matter how dark, are not designed for direct solar viewing. Eclipse glasses are specifically made to block out the harmful solar rays and are the only way to safely observe the sun during an eclipse.
Can children safely use your eclipse glasses?
Yes. Our eclipse glasses are safe for children to use under adult supervision. We recommend assisting younger viewers put on the glasses, and to remind them not to remove them during observation of the sun.
How long do eclipse glasses last? Can I reuse them?
For as long as your eclipse glasses remain undamaged are they fit to use, we recommend storing them in the included case for safe keeping. Always check for pinholes, cracks, and general wear before reusing your glasses.
Do you offer different sizes or styles?
We offer a range of sizes across two distinct styles to choose from. Please check our catalogue for a full list of options.
Can I use your glasses with cameras or telescopes?
No. Eclipse glasses are made for direct viewing only. To view or photograph the sun through a telescope, camera, or binoculars, you must use a solar filter made specifically for optical devices.
